To get your virtual office now is easy. Simply follow these steps:

1. Select a location

2. Specify the mail address to which your mail should be forwarded, and provide a copy of your ID and proof of address (required by Finnish law)

3. Give your clients the new prestigious address

3. Receive business mail at the address you specified delivered the very next day

International companies (outside Finland) can benefit from a virtual address in Helsinki. Simply choose an address and tell us where you want your mail delivered. How do I collect my mail?

Different options are available:
1) You can collect your mail in person during office hours (M-F: 10:00 - 16:00)
2) We can redirect your mail (involves reasonable additional costs)
3) Only upon the receipt of your written authorization, we open mails and send you scanned copies
